Job summary

Infrastructure Gateway Ltd. is seeking a Regional Scheduler in the United Kingdom to plan, schedule and coordinate resources across a designated region, ensuring safe, timely delivery of utility works.

The role acts as the central contact point between field teams, customers, contractors and stakeholders, aligning work with priorities and regulatory requirements. The post holder will optimise workforce utilisation, monitor progress, and maintain accurate scheduling records to support

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, scheduling, planning or coordination roles.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office including Excel and email/calendar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks PRIs within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and databases.
• Effective communication with customers, field teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and allocate operational work activities across the region.
• Optimize workforce utilization for safe, efficient delivery of works.
• Reschedule and reallocate work due to priorities, emergencies, or resource changes.
• Serve as the main contact for scheduling and resource coordination in the region.
• Coordinate with managers, field teams, contractors and customers to ensure delivery.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to minimize delays and hit targets.
• Ensure all work aligns with commitments, priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain scheduling records and workforce data in the system.
• Communicate schedule changes and updates to stakeholders promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and customer service.
