Lanes Group Ltd in Warrington is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate, plan and schedule operational activities across our CCTV, jetting and civils teams. You will manage diaries, allocate resources, liaise with customers and field teams, and maintain accurate scheduling records.

The role requires a proactive, customer-focused communicator who can work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities, ensuring services meet SLAs and deadlines while supporting continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and long-term work activities for operational teams.
• Allocate jobs to engineers, technicians, or field operatives based on availability and location.
• Monitor schedules and adjust for emergencies, absences, or changing requirements.
• Liaise with customers to arrange appointments and provide progress updates.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records within company systems.
• Communicate with operations teams to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Track job completion and follow up on outstanding works.
• Produce scheduling reports and updates for management.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and requests related to planned works.
