Job summary

Ramsdens Solicitors LLP is seeking an IT Systems Trainer to lead practical systems training across the firm, including new starter induction and follow-up sessions. The role requires engaging delivery, the ability to support colleagues with day-to-day queries, and collaboration with IT, HR and L&D.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training or coaching in a professional environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive).
• Confidence presenting to mixed audiences including partners, fee-earners and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions across the firm using desk-side, classroom, one-to-one and virtual approaches.
• Run new starter induction and follow-up sessions to reinforce learning and identify further needs.
• Support colleagues with day-to-day system queries and provide practical guidance.
• Keep all training content up to date as systems evolve.
• Work with IT, HR and departmental heads to identify training needs and design learning solutions.
• Maintain accurate training records and report on engagement and outcomes.
• Promote best practice and confident system use across the firm.
