Job summary

East Sussex County Council is seeking an IT Systems Trainer within the IT & Digital service. You will design and deliver engaging training, create accessible learning materials and provide guidance to help people use technology confidently and effectively.

You will turn information into practical training, videos, e-learning and other support resources and contribute to the successful adoption of new ways of working. This is a varied role involving people from across the Council.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating IT systems training.
• Ability to create clear, accessible learning materials and support resources.
• Ability to translate complex information for non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting system implementations, testing or user-readiness activities.
• Able to plan workloads and manage work packages to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate IT systems training for staff across the Council.
• Create engaging learning resources including videos, e-learning and guides.
