Job summary

Capsticks Solicitors LLP is seeking an IT Training Lead to define and own the firm’s IT training strategy and ensure access to clear, consistent technology training across offices and teams.

You will partner with HR Learning & Development to align IT training with professional development, oversee external and internal providers, and drive practical adoption of new systems and processes through joined-up delivery and measurement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT training and digital learning programmes.
• Experience defining training strategies, delivery plans and quality frameworks.
• Experience managing third-party training providers and supplier materials.
• Experience collaborating with Learning & Development, HR, change, project and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, own and maintain the firm’s IT training strategy aligned to IT and business goals.
• Set standards for IT training design, delivery, quality and continuous improvement.
• Maintain an IT training roadmap covering new systems, refresher training and skills development.
• Own the quality framework for IT training, including objectives, materials, delivery standards and feedback.
• Define delivery channels (classroom, virtual, self-service, on-demand, floorwalking) and manage delivery partners.
• Plan training with project, change, platforms and operations teams and maintain a training calendar.
• Engage stakeholders across divisions and align IT training with professional development.
