Job summary

• Provide accurate quotations to customers on request.
• Ensure cost-effective delivery/collection service through transport management.
• Monitor accuracy of orders inputted into systems to minimize errors.
• Ensure procedure manual compliance including audits.
• Strive to meet or exceed depot KPIs by driving efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, ensuring timely information.
• Create, input, maintain and archive electronic files.
• Represent the Company by embodying and promoting its values and behaviours.
