Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Aylesford for a temporary role. You will join a busy customer service team and handle high call volumes with a friendly, professional approach.

This position runs on a 5/7 rota (weekends included), with shifts of up to 9 hours between 6am and midnight. Salary is £13.25 per hour and there is potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous telephone experience is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• You must be confident working in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a dynamic team handling up to 1,000 calls per day. Up to 4 minutes per call.
• Take orders, assist clients, and offer promotional deals.
• Ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction with every call.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while providing friendly and professional support
