Driver Hire Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Customer Service Agent to start ASAP in Bury St Edmunds. You will work Monday to Friday from 8:30am as part of a busy customer service operation for a fuel provider.

You will handle high volume calls, respond to inquiries politely, update records using computer systems and ensure a positive service. Benefits include pay rate £13.45–£20.18 per hour, guaranteed 37.5 hours, subsidised onsite canteen, free parking, 28 days holiday, and referral bonus.

We are looking for Customer Service Agent to start immediately for our client based in Bury St Edmunds.

The successful Customer Service Agent will receive:

• £13.45/h basic
• £20.18/h overtime (after 7.5hrs per day)
• Guaranteed 37.5hrs per week

What to expect as a Customer Service Agent:

Working Monday to Friday from 8:30am, you will be part of a busy customer service operation for a well-established fuel provider.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Handling a high volume of customer calls
