Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a customer-facing role (e.g. retail, hospitality, care, health & beauty, office-based customer service)
• A polite and professional telephone manner
• Ability to learn new IT systems

Responsibilities

• Handling approximately 60–100 calls per day
• Booking, rearranging, and cancelling appointments
• Answering enquiries
• Completing over-the-phone questionnaires
• Updating records on the in-house system
