Job summary

Catering in East Grinstead is hiring temporary Customer Service Agents to join a busy team. You will handle a high volume of outbound calls, provide timely updates to customers, and document interactions accurately. The role requires a calm, professional telephone manner and strong communication skills while meeting deadlines.

The positions are temporary, with an urgent start window and 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary around £12.71–£13.00 per hour, based in East Grinstead.

Salary:£12.71 per hour
Job Type:Temporary up to 3 months
Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
