You will engage with customers, establish requirements and affordability, process loan agreements and support clients through the full lifecycle of their loan.

The role emphasises strong communication and rapport, both on the phone and in person, with a commitment to great customer service and a supportive training program.

Responsabilités

• Speak to customers enquiring at the local branch and assess requirements.
• Assess affordability and complete loan agreements.
• Provide ongoing support through the full loan lifecycle.
