Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge floor and management. You’ll open/close, lead the team during busy services, and ensure guests receive our Hospitality Magic. You’ll master cashing up and compliance while serving as a role model on the floor.

The role invites a high-energy person with solid hospitality background and a readiness to grow into more senior leadership with structured training and team support.

Qualifications

• Solid hospitality experience as a server or supervisor.
• Confident leadership during busy services.
• Energetic, reliable, guest-focused with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and manage shift operations.
• Lead the team when the GM is absent and uphold service standards.
• Handle cashing up and compliance while remaining visible on the floor.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the 'behind-the-scenes' stuff - like cashing up and compliance - while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
