Prezzo is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge floor and management, leading the team during busy shifts and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will open and close the restaurant as a keyholder, supervise service, and drive the standards that keep guests energized and satisfied.

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder and lead the team when the GM is away.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic."
