Prezzo is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge floor and management, opening and closing the restaurant, leading the team during busy services, and upholding Hospitality Magic on every shift.

As a keyholder, you’ll master cashing up and compliance while remaining a visible, positive role model. You’ll bring hospitality experience, leadership energy, and a growth mindset to drive guest satisfaction.

• Hospitality experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team during service.
• Positive, reliable, and energetic approach to guest service.

Responsabilités

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the 'behind-the-scenes' stuff - like cashing up and compliance - while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
