Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Greater London is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management, open and close the restaurant, and lead the team during busy service while delivering our Hospitality Magic.

You’ll handle behind-the-scenes tasks such as cashing up and compliance, while remaining a visible role model on the floor. This is a fast-paced, supportive environment with clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server or supervisor and ready for more.
• Confidence to lead a team through a busy service.
• Reliable, positive, and passionate about making people smile.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team when the General Manager is away.
• Deliver guest experiences that reflect our Hospitality Magic and ensure cashing up and compliance.

The Role
You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
