Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager in Hull to bridge floor duties and management. You will lead the team during shifts, open and close the restaurant, and role-model hospitality excellence for guests.

You should bring solid serving or supervisory experience, natural leadership, and a positive energy to drive the team’s performance as part of our high-energy brand.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in serving or supervising roles.
• Proven leadership in a busy service environment.
• Positive, reliable attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team during busy services when the General Manager is away.
• Handle cashing up and compliance while staying hands-on on the floor.

The Role
You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic."
