Job summary

Prezzo is hiring a Duty Manager to bridge the gap between floor and management. You will open/close, lead the team during shifts, and ensure every guest experiences Hospitality Magic. Bring hospitality experience and a natural leadership presence to a fast-paced team.

Earn £12.99 per hour, with £13.50 when working as Manager on Shift, plus Tronc & Perks and flexible training to grow toward Assistant Manager responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Solid hospitality experience as a server or supervisor.
• Ready for more responsibility and leadership.
• Comfortable leading a team during busy shifts.
• Willingness to learn the operational side of a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and act as a keyholder.
• Lead the team when the GM is away and model hospitality.
• Ensure guests experience Hospitality Magic on every visit.
• Handle cashing up and compliance while staying visible on the floor.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic."
