Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge floor and management. You will open/close the restaurant, lead the team during busy services, and model hospitality while learning the operational side. The role offers shift-based pay, with enhanced rates when leading shifts, plus tronc and exclusive perks.

You’ll be part of a vibrant team focused on guest satisfaction, with training to advance toward Assistant Manager and beyond, and wellbeing resources to support you on the job.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience as a server or supervisor
• Natural leader capable of directing a team
• Energetic, reliable and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn operational aspects of a restaurant

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder
• Lead the team when the General Manager is away
• Ensure guests have a memorable hospitality experience
• Handle cashing up and compliance, while staying visible on the floor

The Role
