Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Cambridge is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge the floor and leadership. You will open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our Hospitality Magic during service.

You’ll master the behind-the-scenes tasks like cashing up and compliance while remaining a visible role model for the team. A path to Assistant Manager is highlighted, with perks and structured training.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server or supervisor and readiness for increased responsibility.
• Ability to lead a team through a busy service and maintain high service standards.
• Willingness to learn the operational side of a successful restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and act as keyholder.
• Lead the team when the General Manager is away.
• Ensure guests experience our Hospitality Magic during service.
• Handle cashing up and compliance while staying visible as a role model.
