LKQ Europe in Falkirk is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to join the branch leadership team. You will report to the Branch Manager and co-lead the daily operation across retail, warehouse and fleet, driving high standards, customer satisfaction and team development.

You will lead a multi-functional team, champion safety and compliance, and work to improve branch performance while delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising or managing teams in retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with drive to deliver outstanding service.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Coordinate resources to ensure efficient operations and service.
• Maintain stock accuracy and conduct stock takes.
• Ensure safety, compliance and adherence to policies.

• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues.
