Qualifications

- Understanding of stock control and order fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet.
- Coordinate resources to ensure smooth operations and high service levels.
- Maintain company standards, policies and procedures.
- Oversee stock accuracy, inventories and stock takes.
- Ensure pick-to-manifest targets and customer service SLAs are met.
- Manage returns, warranties and reverse logistics.
