Leonardo Hotel Management (UK) Limited is seeking a Duty Manager for our Southampton area properties. You will lead daily hotel operations, supervise a vibrant team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

You’ll collaborate with multiple departments, coach new starters, and handle guest issues with confidence. Previous branded hotel or restaurant experience is preferred, and a focus on respectful, inclusive leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality settings.
• Strong guest service mindset and problem solving.
• Effective communication across departments.
• Experience in interviewing and onboarding new staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day hotel operations as Duty Manager.
• Greet guests and motivate the team to deliver hospitality.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless service.
• Support recruitment and coaching of new starters.
• Resolve conflicts or complaints swiftly and professionally.
• Collaborate with HR on team activities.
• Preferably experience in branded hotels or restaurants.
