Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Duty Manager at Harrogate Fitness & Wellbeing Club to oversee the smooth running of the club, member experience and day-to-day operations while supporting sales targets.

The role is fixed-term, part-time (32 hours per week) with a pro-rata salary up to £28,038.40 plus sales commission, and requires excellent communication, a collaborative approach and a willingness to lead by example, including Lifeguard break coverage.

• Demonstrable sales experience and ability to quickly understand the business.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club; including opening and closing the club when on shift.
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, engage with members, foster happiness and build relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding high quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting benefits of Nuffield Health.
• Oversee health and safety protocols, address issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site.

As a Duty Manager, you will:
