Nuffield Health is looking for a proactive Duty Manager to lead the Bromley Fitness and Wellbeing Club. You’ll oversee daily operations, welcome members and drive high standards of service, with a focus on safety, staff guidance, and delivering an exceptional gym experience.

The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) with a salary up to £28,620.93 per annum plus sales commission, and includes benefits such as a free gym membership, health assessments, retail discounts and pension

Qualifications

• Sales experience and ability to meet targets.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo on-site training including lifeguard duties.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift.
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the benefits that only Nuffield Health provides
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks.
