Job summary

Norwich Fitness and Wellbeing Club, part of Nuffield Health, seeks a Duty Manager to help deliver an exceptional fitness experience. You will ensure smooth club operations, manage opening and closing, engage with members and support colleagues to maintain high service quality.

The role requires demonstrable sales experience, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset. It is a permanent, full-time position at 40 hours per week, with pay up to £29,370.12 per annum, dependent on

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the club, including opening/closing during shifts.
• Prioritise member satisfaction and build relationships with members.
• Lead by example and support colleagues while upholding quality standards.
• Conduct tours for potential members highlighting club benefits.
• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues promptly.
• Assist in achieving sales targets.
• Willing to cover Lifeguard breaks and swim to a high standard.

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
