Malmaison Hotels is seeking a Duty Manager to help oversee the front-of-house and F&B operations across the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth daily flows. You will work hands-on with breakfast, check-out periods, and room inspections in partnership with Housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manager with experience in a busy Food & Beverage Department.
• Experience in Guest Relations would be advantageous.
• Development path from Junior HoD to Senior HoD and then DGM.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth running of all customer-facing departments.
• Work with the breakfast team and manage busy checkout periods.
• Inspect bedrooms with Housekeeping to ensure standards.
