Malmaison Reading is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk and night teams, delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining brand standards. This role offers a permanent contract with a 35,000 GBP annual salary for a 45‑hour week.

You will drive guest satisfaction from pre check-in through to departure, with opportunities for internal development within Malmaison.

As Front Office Manager you and your team are the first and last person our guests see, you set the tone for the visit and you can ensure that everything has gone above and beyond before they leave. You will be managing the Reception and Nights teams ensuring that all internal audits and checks are completed whilst exceeding the guests expectations pre check in through to departure.
