Job summary

Malmaison is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead the Restaurant, Bar and Work & Play operations in York City Centre. You will report to the Operations Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day activities with a hands-on leadership approach.

You will manage staff, work closely with other departments on budgeting, sales and revenue, and strive to deliver outstanding hospitality and a memorable guest journey at every opportunity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in management with food and beverage knowledge in a similar sized property.
• Excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership style.
• Able to lead, motivate and develop a hospitality team to deliver guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Restaurant, Bar and Work & Play areas.
• Lead, coach and manage F&B staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Collaborate with department managers on budgeting, sales and revenue management.
• Ensure service that exceeds guest expectations and enhances the guest journey.
