Job summary

Malmaison Manchester Deansgate is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead daily operations and drive the guest experience at this iconic property.

Reporting into the Cluster General Manager, you will develop the team, maximise revenue, and champion the brand standards across food, drink, and service to deliver celebrity-level hospitality.

Ideally you have proven senior hotel management experience, manage large teams, and can sustain high-performance service in a premium environment.

Qualifications

• You will be an experienced Operations Manager or Deputy General Manager looking for an opportunity to step up and keen to join a brand that will give you the opportunity to shine.
• You will be an organiser who loves leading and motivating your team while driving the brand strategy across all elements of the business.
• You will know the market and how to maximise revenue by managing details through department managers and leading from the front.
• Ideally you will have previous experience in managing large teams and knowledge of food and drinks in a similar sized property, though this isn’t a deal breaker.

Malmaison Manchester Deansgate is looking for a Hotel Manager will be reporting into the Cluster General Manager and be responsible for running Malmaison Manchester Deansgate on a day to day basis.

You will be an experienced Operations Manager or Deputy General Manager looking for an opportunity to step up and keen to join a brand that will give you the opportunity to shine.

In this role you're a real organiser, who loves leading and motivating your team. You will be driving the brand strategy in all elements of the business and set Malmaison apart from the competition as a preferred employer and destination to stay, eat and drink.

You will know the market and understand how to maximise revenue within the business by looking at the bigger picture, managing the detail through your department managers and team will be second nature and leading from the front to set the example is something you are no stranger to.

Ideally you will have had previous experience in managing large teams and you will have a sound knowledge of food and drink in a similar sized property however this isn't a deal breaker.
