Malmaison Manchester Deansgate is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction and maximise revenue across food and beverage and rooms. You will report to the Cluster General Manager and develop the team to deliver celebrity service.

As a proven Operations Manager or Deputy General Manager, you will set the brand apart, motivate large teams, and manage performance while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experienced hotel operations leader with ability to develop teams and deliver service excellence.
• Strong understanding of food & beverage within a large property.
