A leading hotel chain in Coventry is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a high-performing team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership roles, particularly in retail, and will possess strong communication and organizational skills. The role requires managing health and safety standards while delivering excellent customer service. This is a permanent position offering 24 hours of work per week at a pay rate of up to £13.36 per hour.

PAY RATE : Up to £13.36 per hour (day shift)
CONTRACT TYPE : Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!
HOURS : 24 hours a week
