Zusammenfassung

LKQ Europe is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Hemel Hempstead branch across retail, warehouse and fleet functions. You will report to the Branch Manager and work alongside other Duty Managers to drive exceptional customer service, stock control and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in supervisory or management within retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
• Customer-focused mindset with drive to deliver outstanding service.
• Knowledge of stock control and operational processes.
• Commercial awareness and ability to influence business performance.
• Confidence with operational systems and reporting tools.
• Flexible under pressure.
• Experience with fleet operations or P&L would be advantageous.
