Job summary

Prezzo Ltd is seeking a Duty Manager in Wisbech to bridge floor leadership with management. You’ll be the heartbeat of the shift, opening and closing, leading the team during busy services, and delivering our Hospitality Magic to every guest.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor and you’re ready for more.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and act as keyholder.
• Lead the team when the GM is away and ensure guest hospitality.

The Role
