Job summary

Prezzo Ltd is seeking a Duty Manager in Bath to bridge floor and management, bringing high energy and customer-centric leadership to the shift.

You will be the heartbeat of the service, opening and closing the restaurant, leading the team, and upholding “Hospitality Magic.” You’ll gain structured training to progress toward Assistant Manager and beyond, with perks including free meals on shift, a birthday off, and 50% off food for you and your crew.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience at least at supervisor level.
• Proven ability to lead a team during busy service.
• Customer-centric, energetic and reliable.
• Willingness to learn operational side of a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as keyholder.
• Lead the team during shifts when GM is away.
• Ensure guest experiences align with brand standards.
• Handle cashing up and basic compliance tasks.

The Role
