Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to step up from the floor to leadership. Open and close the restaurant, guide the team during busy services, and model the hospitality magic while you bridge floor and management.

You’ll earn £12.99 per hour, rising to £13.50 when you work as Manager on Shift, with perks like free meals on shift, a birthday off, and 50% off food for you and your crew. Training will accelerate your career toward Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience as a server or supervisor.
• Ability to lead a team through busy services.
• Desire to learn operational side of the business.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant.
• Lead the team when the GM is away.
• Cash up and ensure compliance.

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you'll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic."
