Prezzo Trading Limited in Cardiff is seeking a Duty Manager to open and close the restaurant, lead the team during shifts when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our Hospitality Magic. You will balance frontline leadership with behind‑the‑scenes cashing up and compliance to support smooth operations.

• Hospitality experience as a server or supervisor
