Job summary

Prezzo Italian is looking for a high-energy Duty Manager to open and close the restaurant, and to lead the team when the General Manager is away. You will balance frontline service with operational oversight, serving as a role model for hospitality and standards.

In this role you’ll master cashing up, compliance, and team motivation while staying visible on the floor. You’ll bring experience as a server or supervisor and a drive to progress into management with Prezzo.
