Job summary

SSP UK & Ireland is seeking a Duty Manager for Sheffield Station, Burger King, to lead busy shifts and ensure smooth daily operations. The role is full-time (30 hours) with a pay rate of £13.61 per hour, across early mornings to late nights, and involves flexible weekdays, weekends and holidays.

You'll motivate teams, deliver great customer service and own opening/closing tasks, with training and development opportunities available within SSP's award-winning programs.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Experience in fast-paced hospitality or retail environments is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for certain tasks/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations.
• Lead shifts and maintain energy and atmosphere.
• Inspire team to deliver great customer service and handle queries.
• Monitor unit performance and champion improvements.
• Prior experience leading a team in busy hospitality or retail is ideal.

DUTY MANAGER - SHEFFIELD STATION, BURGER KING - URGENTLY REQUIRED!

Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour

We have Full Time(30hrs) roles available.

Hours of operation are 6am and 12:30am. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

About You

• Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

About The Duty Manager Role

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal.
