Nuffield Health is seeking a Duty Manager for our Oxfordshire Fitness & Wellbeing Club. This full-time, permanent role involves ensuring smooth daily operations, engaging members and driving service standards, while supporting the team to deliver high-quality experiences.

The position requires strong sales experience, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset. You will contribute to safety, tours for new members, and achieving sales goals. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth club operations including opening and closing during shifts.
• Engage with members to boost satisfaction and build relationships.
• Lead by example and support colleagues to uphold quality standards.
• Conduct member tours highlighting benefits of Nuffield Health membership.
• Monitor health and safety protocols and address issues swiftly.
• Assist in achieving sales targets; willing to cover Lifeguard breaks and swim to a high standard.
