Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Duty Manager for our Chingford Fitness and Wellbeing Club. The role requires a proven track record in sales, excellent communication, and a collaborative attitude to deliver outstanding member service.

You will lead by example, manage club operations, and support team members throughout shifts. A Lifeguard-trained capability is preferred, with swimming to a high standard and safety oversight part of the duties.

• Willing to undergo Lifeguard training and Swim to high standard

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the club, opening and closing on shift
• Prioritize member satisfaction and engage with members
• Lead by example and support colleagues to maintain high standards
• Conduct tours for prospective members to highlight club benefits
• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues swiftly
• Contribute to achieving sales targets
• Be able to swim to a high standard and support Lifeguard breaks
