Job summary

Nuffield Health Croydon is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee the club's daily operations, guest experience and safety. You will drive member satisfaction, supervise staff, and lead by example during opening and closing shifts.

The role requires a proven sales track record, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset. Training in lifeguard protocols is provided with opportunities to develop your career within the UK's largest healthcare charity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth operation of the club during shifts, including opening and closing.
• Prioritize member satisfaction and engage with members to build relationships.
• Lead and support colleagues to uphold high quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members highlighting benefits.
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed and address issues quickly.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and cover Lifeguard breaks as needed.
