Job summary

Nuffield Health Enfield is recruiting a Duty Manager for our Fitness and Wellbeing Club. This part-time role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day club operations, engaging with members to deliver exceptional service, and supporting colleagues to maintain the highest standards.

You will lead by example, oversee tours for prospective members, and help achieve sales targets while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Lifeguard breaks cover may be required on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the club on shift and ensure smooth operations.
• Engage with members and promote a high level of customer service.
• Lead by example, support colleagues, and uphold quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and highlight benefits of Nuffield Health.
• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues swiftly.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and participate in Lifeguard breaks as needed.
