Nuffield Health is recruiting a Duty Manager for Birmingham Central Fitness & Wellbeing Club on a part-time basis. You will ensure the smooth running of the club, open and close on shift, engage with members, and support colleagues to deliver outstanding service.

The role involves leading by example, conducting tours for prospective members, overseeing health and safety, and helping to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club, including opening and closing on shift.
• Prioritise member satisfaction, engage with members and build relationships.
• Lead by example, support colleagues and uphold high quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members highlighting benefits of Nuffield Health.
• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues swiftly.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo on-site training for lifeguard breaks.
