Job summary

Prezzo is hiring a Duty Manager to bridge floor and management. You will open and close the restaurant, lead the team during shifts, and ensure guests enjoy our Hospitality Magic on every visit.

You’ll master the behind-the-scenes tasks like cashing up and compliance while remaining a visible role model for the team.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor and readiness for more.
• Confident to lead a team through a busy service.
• Reliable, positive, and passionate about guest happiness.
• Eager to learn the operational side of a successful restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and manage shift handovers.
• Lead the team when the General Manager is away.
• Ensure every guest experiences Hospitality Magic and maintain cashing up & compliance.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the 'behind-the-scenes' stuff - like cashing up and compliance - while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
