Job summary

Prezzo Italian is opening in Leeds and is recruiting for a Duty Manager to bridge floor and management and lead shifts with energy. You’ll open/close, supervise the team, and ensure guests enjoy Hospitality Magic.

Earn £12.99 per hour, rising to £13.50 on Shift Manager days. The role offers progression toward Assistant Manager and beyond, with perks like free meals on shift and 50% off food for you and your crew.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or restaurant supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead a busy shift and deliver excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and lead the team during shifts.
• Take on keyholding duties and ensure compliance and cashing up.
• Provide leadership and exemplify Hospitality Magic on the floor.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
