Nuffield Health's Cottingley Manor Fitness & Wellbeing Club is hiring a part-time Duty Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and member satisfaction.

This role covers opening/closing, leading the team, guiding lifeguard breaks, and promoting the club's health and safety standards while supporting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club; including opening and closing the club when on shift.
• Prioritize member satisfaction; engage with members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
• Lead by example; support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides
• Oversee health and safety protocols; addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks.

As a Duty Manager, you will:
