Job summary

Nuffield Health, City FWC Fitness & Wellbeing Club in City of London, is seeking a Duty Manager for a permanent, full-time role. The position offers up to £29,160.56 per year depending on experience, plus sales commission, and a 40-hour week.

You will help ensure smooth operations, engage with members, lead by example, conduct member tours, oversee health and safety, assist in hitting sales targets, and cover Lifeguard breaks where required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the club, including opening and closing on shift.

• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues swiftly.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and train on-site for Lifeguard duties.

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift

• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides

• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
