Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Peterborough is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge the gap between the floor and management. You will open and close the restaurant, lead the team during busy services, and embody our Hospitality Magic.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership or supervision is required.
• Ability to lead a busy service and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.
• Willingness to learn operations and business side of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team during shift and step in for the GM when away.
• Handle cashing up and ensure compliance during service.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
