Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management, opening and closing the restaurant and leading the team during busy services. You will embody our Hospitality Magic and maintain a high standard of service.

You’ll bring hospitality experience as a server or supervisor, a natural leadership style, and a strong, positive energy. A growth mindset and eagerness to learn the operational side of the business are essential.

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor and you’re ready for more.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and act as a keyholder.
• Lead the team during shifts when the General Manager is away.
• Ensure guests experience our Hospitality Magic and high service standards.
• Handle cashing up, compliance and act as a role model for the team.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close therestaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guestexperiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the"behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—whilestaying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
