Prezzo Italian in Aberdeen, Scotland is hiring a Duty Manager to bridge floor and management. You will lead the team on shift, ensure guest hospitality, and manage cashing up with compliance.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the shift, role-model a buzzing service, and develop towards Assistant Manager with structured training and wellbeing perks.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor
• Ability to lead a team through busy services

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder and lead the team when the GM is away

The Role
